Ps. Ich habe zwei verschiedene Sorten Frischkäse gemacht.
Einmal das Originalrezept, das andere rein mit frischen Kräutern aus dem Garten.
Beides super lecker.
Beides mit gutem Speck ummantelt.
Freue mich auf das nächste lecker Rezept.

Wir haben vier verschiedene Chilisorten verwendet, dazu noch eine Carolina (war mein Wunsch).
Alle Chilis knackig.
Wir haben das Rezept in einem eigens gebauten Kamado gemacht.
